J. Robert Headrick Jr., MD

Dr. Rob Headrick is chief of thoracic surgery at CHI Memorial Rees Skillern Cancer Institute. He specializes in chest and lung cancer care. He is board certified in both general and thoracic surgery. Dr. Headrick is a Chattanooga native and returned to his hometown to provide thoracic surgical care.

Dr. Headrick completed a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga and a fellowship in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. In 2014, he completed an MBA from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
