Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for you and your family. With on-site X-ray and lab services, we're here to meet your immediate needs when your doctor's office is closed or you can’t wait for an appointment. We'll coordinate follow-up care with your physician.
The cost of your visit depends on the treatment you receive. There is an office visit charge, with additional fees for lab work or X-rays. If you're unable to pay at checkout, our friendly staff can help you explore financial assistance options to help you manage your balance.
Browse insurances accepted at this locationWe’re here for your urgent care needs when you can’t wait for an appointment with your primary provider, or if they’re unavailable. After your visit, we encourage you to follow up with your primary care doctor, especially for managing ongoing or chronic conditions.
We accept TennCare, but coverage depends on your specific plan and the primary care provider listed on your insurance card. If you’re enrolled in BlueCare or the UHC Community Plan, you’re covered as long as one of our providers is listed on your card.
If your condition is stable, you can choose the ER that’s most convenient for you. If EMS is transporting you, they’ll help decide on the best hospital for your needs, like a trauma center or a facility specializing in cardiology.
We’re open until 8 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on weekends. For a smooth visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing to allow time for registration.
Our goal is to see you as promptly as possible. Since wait times can vary based on patient needs, we don’t provide exact wait times, but we’ll keep you informed. Critical cases, like those with chest pain or needing stitches, may take longer. As a walk-in facility, our lobby can fill up quickly, though shorter waits are often in late mornings or early afternoons on weekdays.
Most prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy before you leave our office. The only time you’ll receive a handwritten prescription is for controlled substances, like cough syrup with codeine or pain medication for a fracture.
If your insurance card lists an office visit copay, we’ll collect that at check-in. If it’s not specified, we’ll work with your insurer to confirm your copay or coinsurance. If you have an unmet deductible, you’ll need to pay that along with your co-pay, and we’ll bill any remaining balance. We’ll also notify you of any outstanding balances with our office or other CHI Memorial locations.
