Your health is our priority. We believe in a strong partnership with you, where staying informed, actively participating in your care and maintaining open communication with our team ensures the best outcomes.
To support your well-being and convenience, we’ve prepared some helpful tips to enhance your experience:
Please give any name, address, phone number or insurance changes to the front desk as you sign in to see your doctor.
Please make a list of questions or problems you are having and bring them to the office with you. This will help ensure your health concerns are addressed during your visit.
If you need refills before your next appointment or before the weekend, please call your pharmacy to request a refill. Please do not wait until your medicine runs out. Prescriptions for narcotics will not be filled on weekends.
If you're waiting for a call back from our clinical staff, please keep a pen and paper nearby to jot down any important instructions regarding medications, diet or other details related to your inquiry.
For the most accurate lab results, avoid food and drink after midnight, except water or black coffee, if your appointment is in the morning. For afternoon appointments, eat a light breakfast and fast for at least six hours before your visit.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure timely check-in. Our goal is to have you in the exam room at your appointment time.
Schedule your follow-up appointment before leaving the office to ensure timely and consistent care.
If you have pending lab or test results, please check the patient portal. If you need access to the patient portal, please contact our office. Otherwise, the nurse will call you as soon as the results are received. It may take 2-3 days for our office to receive the results of outpatient testing. If you have not heard from us within a week, call our office. We may have missed you at home. Some lab or test results may be available through the patient portal.
We’re here to make your visit as simple and efficient as possible. With mobile check-in, you can securely register from the comfort of your home using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Ask us about mobile registration for a quicker, smoother experience.
Call us at (423) 870-1999 to request a medical release form. A signed, completed release form is required, and a fee may apply.
At our practice, we truly care about our patients. Our goal is to provide you and your family with the best possible experience every time you interact with us. We understand that visiting the clinic, leaving messages, waiting on hold or updating personal health information isn’t always convenient. That’s why we’re proud to offer secure online access to your health information, making it easier and more convenient to manage your care.
We accept most major insurance plans. Check your policy to confirm coverage, so we can submit the claim correctly. All insurance copays, coinsurance and deductibles are due at the time of service. Some insurance plans cover annual physicals.
For billing inquiries, please call (833) 513-3903.
We value your time and do everything possible to minimize your wait. If you're unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for a cancellation call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need. Our goal is to make the best use of our providers' time to help as many patients as possible.
For prescription refills, please call your pharmacy before your medication runs out or request through the patient portal especially ahead of weekends. Narcotic prescriptions will not be refilled on weekends. If you need to leave a message for refills, provide the following: your full name (no nicknames), phone number, date of birth, medication name, pharmacy name and phone number if available.
Check with your pharmacy to confirm if the prescription has been filled. If the refill cannot be approved, we will contact you at the number provided. For illness-related medication requests, please describe your symptoms in the voicemail. Messages are reviewed throughout the day.
We take extra care to keep your health information safe. Call (423) 870-1999 to request a medical release form.
