Follow these helpful tips during your next appointment:
Bring your insurance card, photo identification and a list of all medications, vitamins or herbal supplements you take.
Write down any questions or concerns before your appointment. If needed, ask a friend or family member for help.
Let your provider know about any changes in your health, including hospital stays, specialist visits or emergency room trips.
If you don’t understand something, ask your provider to explain it in another way.
Consider asking a trusted friend or family member to join you for added support.
Unless otherwise directed, take your medication as usual on the day of your visit and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
If you have lab work or testing done during your visit, our nurse will call you with the results within 10 business days. If you have questions about your results, please schedule an appointment to discuss them. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the office unless you have not received your results after 10 business days.
We’re here to make your visit as simple and efficient as possible. With mobile check-in, you can securely register from the comfort of your home using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Ask us about mobile registration for a quicker, smoother experience.
