Frequently asked questions

Personalized therapy tailors treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs, focusing on restoring function, mobility and quality of life.

Patients dealing with extreme pain can benefit from aquatic therapy. The treatment enables you to exercise without weight-bearing and can help you transition to land-based therapy.

Joint pain disrupts your life and daily routine. Total joint recovery addresses issues ranging from sprains and joint pain to recovery after total joint replacement surgeries. We provide specialized rehabilitation to help you regain function and mobility before and after joint replacement surgery, and in some cases, it can be used instead of surgery.

Balance therapy assists patients experiencing dizziness, loss of balance, fall risks, or those recovering from injuries. It helps them regain a normal response to balance challenges and reduces fall risks.

Back and neck therapy creates individualized plans to reduce pain and improve function for conditions like muscle strains, herniated disks or degenerative changes.

Cancer rehabilitation helps patients prepare for treatment, manage side effects and improve quality of life before, during and after cancer. Our Center for Cancer Support offers cancer prehabilitation, rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy.

SPEAK OUT! is designed for individuals with Parkinson's who are at risk of developing weak voices, speech difficulties, or swallowing issues. The program involves twelve sessions of speech therapy focusing on voice, speech, and cognitive exercises. It teaches patients to speak with intent, transforming speech from an automatic to an intentional act.

Occupational therapy helps patients overcome functional deficits in daily activities due to upper extremity injuries, trauma, neurological issues, degenerative diseases, or deconditioning from illness or surgery.
