Yes, we’re currently accepting new patients. For your first appointment, please bring your child’s immunization record and medical records, or request that your previous provider send them to us.
Appointments are necessary to provide you the best service and ensure each patient has adequate time with the doctors. Please do not expect to be seen on a walk-in basis. The staff works very hard to arrange the schedule for optimal patient care. We appreciate your understanding.
Illness will be given a same-day appointment. Checkups, follow-ups and consultations will be scheduled within a week depending on appointment availability. Every effort will be made to meet your time needs.
If your child has a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. For less threatening emergencies, please call our office. We can direct you to the appropriate care location. If it is not possible for you to contact us, please take your child to Saint Joseph London Emergency Department. The emergency room physician will contact our on-call doctor so we may help direct your child's care.
Please let us know of any visits to emergency rooms, immediate care centers or specialists as soon as possible so that proper referrals can be made by our referral specialists.
Prenatal visits are always welcomed and encouraged. Please call our office to schedule a complimentary prenatal visit. We will be delighted to talk with you and give you a personal tour of the office.
The first office visit after discharge is usually at two weeks. However, if you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to call us or bring your baby in to see us at any time. The first month as a new parent is a joyous yet tiring time. We are here to help.

To obtain your medical records, you must complete a medical authorization form. Call our office for more information.
