To add your medical records to your patient portal, send us a message through the portal. You can also request your records through MediCopy, our trusted partner for information management.
Our NextGen patient portal gives you instant access to appointments, test results, refill requests and more—all in one place. To join, call our portal coordinator at (423) 697-2338 and leave your name, date of birth and email. You’ll receive an email invitation to sign up.
Request a refill through the patient portal or have your pharmacy contact us directly.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
