Ms. Hardy-Waller is an entrepreneur and clinician with extensive leadership, management, and governance experience in both the acute and post-acute settings. She is founder and CEO of The Leverage Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the representation of African Americans in health care governance.
