The new website offers quick and easy access to essential information about the Institute's strategic priorities
CommonSpirit Health has launched a new website for the Lloyd H. Dean Institute for Humankindness & Health Justice to better support the Institute’s mission to address health disparities and its efforts to advance the science of kindness, compassion, empathy, and trust. The new website, LloydDeanInstitute.org, offers quick and easy access to essential information about the Institute's programs and goals and how its leaders are transforming ideas into action.
The new site provides a more comprehensive understanding of the Institute’s strategies in action, including a first look at existing projects focused on researching and evaluating the science of humankindness and its impact on health justice. The site also provides a direct link to support the Institute.
“We are thrilled to have a new, dedicated online presence to convey our mission and propel our efforts to accelerate health equity and social justice through humankindness practices,” said Alisahah Jackson, MD, President of the Lloyd Dean Institute for Humankindness & Health Justice. “Our new user-friendly website is a useful and powerful medium to demonstrate how we’re moving the needle in this space, and attract more advocates and supporters.”
The Lloyd Dean Institute of Humankindness & Justice was founded in late 2022 to celebrate and advance CommonSpirit Health’s Chief Executive Emeritus Lloyd H. Dean’s long-standing commitment to health equity and the power of humankindness. Through the work of the Institute, CommonSpirit addresses the systems and barriers that keep our nation from living healthier lives. For more information, visit LloydDeanInstitute.org.
