Trisha Crissman Named President and CEO of CommonSpirit Health at Home

CommonSpirit Health has appointed Trisha Crissman, MA, as President and CEO of CommonSpirit Health at Home, effective September 8, 2024.

Loveland, OH - September 13, 2024 - CommonSpirit Health has appointed Trisha Crissman, MA, as President and CEO of CommonSpirit Health at Home, effective September 8, 2024. 

Crissman has served as Interim President of CommonSpirit Health at Home since October, 2023.  Prior to her interim role, she served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CommonSpirit’s Home Health and Hospice Division.

Crissman’s strategic vision and thoughtful leadership will be pivotal as the organization focuses on expansion opportunities, identifying areas to expand the ministry within the post-acute care business, and engaging high-performing teams to serve the most vulnerable populations in our communities and beyond. 

“Trisha’s leadership has been instrumental in Health at Home’s success, and she will continue to drive growth, performance, innovation, and strategic direction for CommonSpirit Health at Home as she takes on this new role,” Terika Richardson, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating officer of CommonSpirit Health. 

Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health at Home in 2015, Crissman served as Vice President, Hospice Division for AccentCare and Vice President, Hospice Division for Great Lakes Caring, where she oversaw national hospice operations. Her responsibilities led to improvements in financial performance, growth, engagement, quality outcomes and patient experience.

In addition to her role at CommonSpirit Health at Home, Crissman serves on the board of the recently formed NAHC-NHPCO National Alliance for Care at Home.

Crissman received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA and master’s degrees from both Yale University and Loyola University Chicago. She is also a certified Catholic Chaplain through the National Association of Catholic Chaplains and began her service in this industry to patients and their families at the bedside over 30 years ago.
