Language and interpretation services

Our Language Access Program ensures clear communication for individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and those who are deaf, hard of hearing or live with disabilities. We use tools like auxiliary aids and support service animals to make care accessible to everyone. By working closely with our patients, we create strong, lasting partnerships based on understanding and respect.

Patients with communication assistance needs will find support through our Language Access Program, individual care site language access leads, providers and any care team member. If you need help with communication, our teams are here for you. We offer free support to LEP patients and those who require American Sign Language, including written translations and qualified medical interpretation services by phone, video or in person. We also provide assistive devices and language assistance for patients with vision, or hearing needs—all at no cost to you.
