CHI St. Vincent has been working with United Healthcare to reach a new contract agreement that puts your needs first and ensures your continued in-network access to CHI St. Vincent doctors, hospitals and services. Unfortunately, United Healthcare has rejected all our proposals to date.
If United Healthcare does not agree to a new contract with CHI St. Vincent, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans will no longer consider CHI St. Vincent facilities and medical clinics in-network beginning April 1, 2025.
CHI St. Vincent strongly desires to continue caring for you.
We are still trying to reach an agreement with United Healthcare, and nothing will change before March 31, 2025. Keep the appointments and procedures you have scheduled with
CHI St. Vincent hospitals and providers. Please do not delay routine health screenings, procedures or tests vital to your health.
As a mission-driven, nonprofit health system, we work hard to ensure we can always meet our patients’ changing health care needs. Fair agreements with insurance companies allow us to attract and retain health care professionals, bring new services to the community, invest in new technology and maintain our facilities.
We will keep you informed throughout the process. If United Healthcare does not agree to a new contract, we’ll let you know.
Visit Medicare’s website to see important information about Medicare enrollment periods.
