To set up your account, contact our portal coordinator at (423) 697-2338 and share your primary physician’s name for coordinated care.
Billing & insurance
We’re here to support you every step of the way—from helping with bill payments to explaining our financial policies and accepted insurance plans—so you can navigate the process with confidence. To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
