During your orthopedic evaluation, your orthopedic specialist discusses your medical history, including previous injuries, surgeries and current symptoms. They will perform a physical exam, which may include evaluating your range of motion, strength and the stability of the affected area. They may recommend imaging tests such as X-rays or MRIs to better understand any underlying issues. Your provider will discuss their findings with you and outline potential treatment options.
