Insurance acceptedTo promote healing and safety, two visitors at a time are allowed per patient.
One visitor may stay overnight, except for patients in the ICU.
Exceptions for additional visitors will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the ICU/CCU.
Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and may be restricted in certain situations based on the patient’s condition.
The cafeteria, located on the first floor, is open daily:
Breakfast: 7 to 9:45 a.m.
Lunch: 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Snacks are available from the vending machines.
Our gift shop, located on the first floor, is open:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

We provide free interpreter services for our limited English-speaking patients and related communication equipment and services for our hearing-impaired patients.
We offer a variety of resources to meet language needs, including:
Face-to-face interpreters for many languages, including Spanish and American Sign Language
Over-the-phone interpreters for most spoken languages
Video-remote interpreting for American Sign Language

Our chapel is located near the main entrance of the hospital. Check the chapel for mass times information. Our chaplains are also available to meet with families. Call (501) 622-1034 for more information.

The No Surprises Act protects consumers who have health coverage through their employer (including federal, state, or local government employers), the Health Insurance Marketplace® or an individual health plan purchased directly from an insurance company.
CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs earned the prestigious Magnet designation from the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® in 2020, recognizing excellence in nursing services. In April 2025, the hospital will apply for redesignation.
